LEADERSHIP

RDM Engineering was formed by Dave Rychalsky. During the late 1990’s, while working for AlliedSignal, Mr. Rychalsky was on a program called the Improved Control System, where he began working on the initial design & development of MFCS as Senior Product Development Engineer.

While working countless hours hand in hand with government employees, and being a part of the type-classification of the M95/M96 Heavy program in 2003, he decided to branch out on his own and create RDM Engineering in March of 2004, and the search to hire the very best to support engineering work. RDM Engineering was a part of a cooperative effort between government and contractors that started with less than a handful of people, but has evolved into a workforce of over 100 direct employees.

Today, all RDM employees are completely integrated into every program and are the key support people on all programs. The Heavy and Dismounted 120 programs, the Lightweight Handheld Computer (LHC), the Portable Excalibur System, the Universal Control System, and the Accelerated Precision Initiative programs are all supported by many RDM Engineering employees at Picatinny Arsenal.

The MFCS Heavy program was rated in the top 5 Department of Defense programs in 2004, the LHC program was rated in the top 3 DoD program for 2005 and the Dismounted 120 was rated in the top 5 DoD programs of 2007. Today, every member of the RDM Engineering team continues to be the integral factor of each program and has proven to be the key to success for the government.
